We build private AI so that data stays where it belongs. This site follows the same rule: no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no fonts or scripts loaded from third parties.

Visiting this site

When you open a page, our hosting provider processes technical data your browser sends: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are kept for [e.g. 30 days] and then deleted.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA, under a data processing agreement. Transfers to the USA rely on [EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses: confirm].

The risk audit form

If you send the form, we process your name, company, work email, industry and your message to answer the request and prepare the meeting (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps before a contract). The form also records which page you sent it from.

Requests are delivered to [our mailbox via Resend / our CRM: name the services you actually use]. We keep them for [e.g. 12 months after the last contact] unless a contract follows, and delete them earlier on request.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and all other files are served from our own servers.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • tell you what data we hold about you (Art. 15)
  • correct it (Art. 16) or delete it (Art. 17)
  • restrict its processing (Art. 18) or hand it over in a portable format (Art. 20)
  • stop processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21)
